Due to the “extreme cold” we have experienced this winter, and now that the temperature will begin to “warm up”, this will drive the frost down into the ground farther, which could cause freezing, which in turn will or could cause the water pipes/water lines coming into the building to freeze and possibly break.
We are asking that everyone let a faucet trickle at the lowest point in the building, to try to alleviate this problem. The water charge on your next utility bill will be adjusted to help out.
Thanks for your understanding! We are asking that you do this at least until the end of February.
